## Honesty boundaries

- tools/list is authoritative for the current callable MCP surface; do not quote a static tool count.
- Calling a public tool does not itself create a charge.
- Grades and observations are verification status, not endorsements or safety verdicts.
- Reach, crawler hits and protocol probes are not demand or revenue.
- SaSame does not take custody of creator credentials or modify creator code in the normal Factory flow.

## Lifecycle model

Every entry point joins one lifecycle, one principal/account model, one entitlement model, one receipt history and one observation history. CLI, Web, Public MCP, SDK/API, Portal and agent clients must act as transport adapters to the same Factory User Runtime rather than implement parallel business logic.

## Measurement model

The top-level business metric is first organic paid revenue. Acquisition traffic, AI crawler fetches, account creation, MCP initialize, tools/list, tools/call, lifecycle starts, claims and checkout starts are separate funnel events. None is counted as revenue without an external live payment and honest fulfillment.

## Public evidence and correction

Protocol Observatory records observed state and longitudinal evidence. Unknown is not silently converted to failure. Claim proves control only and does not change observed operational state. Correction, dispute, repair, reverification and reshipment preserve evidence lineage.
