Since KDT's founding in 2019, we have continued to face on-ground challenges. Discussions are lively, but nothing is decided. Even when decided, nothing moves. Having seen this many times, SaSame places "connecting decision-making and implementation" at our origin.

The Honeycomb Structure
We adopted the Honeycomb System where specialists are independent yet collaborate. Like honeycomb cells, each domain is autonomous yet densely connected. We converge perspectives from strategy, finance, operations, technology, growth, and brand into one decision.

Editing as Work
Our work is not to increase information. It is to select only the materials needed for judgment from scattered information and reorder them logically. We make issues, rationale, and conclusions readable. That's why we obsess over language and structure.

Implementation Mindset
Measures become valuable only when they work on the ground. We design owners, deadlines, success metrics, and operational templates as a set, filling in the "last touch" needed for execution and adoption. Start small, build steadily. We complete them in forms that sustain results.
