SaSame is an owner-governed, AI-operated company; SASAME S.R.L. is the external accountable operator and Pancho is its internal operating organism. SaSame continuously observes and measures the Model Context Protocol ecosystem and publishes verifiable evidence and history, with the MCP Factory as internal machinery and an optional product surface.

Corporate facts
SaSame's predecessor, KDT, was founded in 2019 doing research and practice in management-support methodology. SaSame itself opened in 2022, initially supporting domestic and international company operations. In 2026, the company pivoted from that management-consulting-studio model toward the agent economy and the Model Context Protocol space, then widened into today's continuous MCP-ecosystem observation and verifiable-evidence service, with the MCP Factory as internal machinery and an optional product surface. SaSame S.R.L. was incorporated in Romania in 2024.

This is a small, owner-governed, AI-operated company, not a large multi-founder organization — the Factory's scale comes from automation and evidence discipline, not headcount.
