Corporate facts
SaSame's predecessor, KDT, was founded in 2019 doing research and practice in management-support methodology. SaSame itself opened in 2022, initially supporting domestic and international company operations. In 2026, the company pivoted from that management-consulting-studio model toward the agent economy and the Model Context Protocol space — the direct predecessor of today's Factory identity. SaSame S.R.L. was incorporated in Romania in 2024.

Operational model
