Verified summary

The founder is represented publicly as the non-identifying owner_principal who defines purpose, doctrine, strategic priorities and exceptional human decisions while AI executors operate within recorded rails.

01

Purpose

This page explains the governance role without publishing personal identity or biography.

02

Operational model

The owner_principal approves material doctrine and strategic boundaries. Program orchestration, implementation, testing and routine operation are delegated to bounded AI executors with issues, exact SHAs, receipts and rollback rules.

Concretely, governance runs as a layered structure, not a named human executive team:

owner_principal approval + human-exclusive decisions only
     |
AI C-Suite board (6 roles) weekly governance review
     |
pod operators run individual business units
     |
liaisons surface signals back up the chain

The "C-Suite" is a set of AI agent roles convened for structured review (a session-driven mechanism, not six named human executives with individual biographies) — one operating loop repeated weekly: owner approval sets direction, the board reviews, budget is allocated, and operators run the business.

New work is classified deterministically as ALLOW, DENY, PARK, STEP_UP or TRANSFORM. New ideas cool for at least 7 days unless they address a production incident, a security incident, a legal deadline, customer-data protection, existing paid-customer fulfillment, a concrete payment blocker inside 7 days, or prevention of material trust harm. Until first organic paid revenue, non-revenue development is capped at 4 hours per week.

03

Boundary and limitations

The repository and public knowledge must not store the owner name, aliases, residence, private contacts, birth data, personal finances or personality profiles. Only a small, fixed set of decisions is reserved to the human owner (legal-contract signature, mainnet fund transfer, identity/KYC actions) — everything else runs autonomously inside logged, reversible-or-verified envelopes, per Philosophy §5 (Authority).

An AI executor may merge a verified scoped change under an active grant, while a material doctrine change still requires an owner-approved decision record.
