Purpose

The mission connects product delivery with independent observation instead of treating build, shipment, monitoring and repair as unrelated tools.

This is the day-to-day expression of Philosophy §1 (Purpose): "SaSame exists to make the machine-to-machine world observable, evidenced, and correctable by an independent party." The Factory is how that purpose is currently expressed — the mission itself does not change when the product does.

Operational model

Factory stations produce bounded artifacts such as blueprints, observation records, compatibility results, release manifests, repair plans and reverification receipts. Each artifact carries provenance and limitations.

Concretely: a creator builds an MCP server with their own LLM (see Guided Build), SaSame inspects it against a fixed 7-layer contract, ships it, observes it on a schedule that matches the creator's plan, and — if it breaks — proposes a repair blueprint that the creator, not SaSame, applies.

Boundary and limitations

Evidence does not become an endorsement, and participation in the Factory does not transfer creator ownership to SaSame. SaSame never edits creator code, never takes custody of creator credentials, and never asserts a "safe" or "trusted" verdict about any server.
