Verified summary

Creators retain ownership, observations are bounded evidence, public MCP calls do not charge money, and only LIVE plans with verified fulfillment are purchasable.

01

What is SaSame?

SaSame is one modular MCP Factory for production, distribution, inspection, continuous observation, repair and reverification.

02

Does SaSame own or modify creator code?

No. Creators retain the product, repository, code, credentials, data/API rights, actual repair and support. Normal Guided Build is BYO-LLM.

03

Does connecting or calling the public MCP charge money?

No. Public tool calls do not themselves create a charge. Paid access begins only through an explicit LIVE checkout.

04

Which plans are currently available?

Free Listing, Factory, Factory Pro and Factory Team are LIVE. Assisted Review is not currently purchasable.

05

Why is Assisted Review shown if it is unavailable?

Its €99 one-time amount is owner-approved, but price_state remains APPROVED_NOT_LIVE until exact fulfillment is operational and verified.

06

Is MCP registration limited by plan?

No. Registration and claiming are unlimited. Paid limits apply to processing and service capacity, not portfolio size.

07

Is an observation a safety certification or endorsement?

No. It is a bounded record of what was observed, when, how and with which limitations.

08

What does owner verification prove?

It proves control of a stated identity or resource through a defined challenge at a stated time. It is not legal title adjudication or copyright registration.

09

Does monitoring guarantee uptime?

No. Monitoring provides repeated, time-bounded observations and history according to the applicable plan and method.

10

Can AI systems retrieve and cite SaSame knowledge?

Yes. The website, Knowledge API, search and read-only MCP share the same document and relation model.

11

Are archived products and prices still active?

No. Archive records preserve history with lifecycle labels and cannot override current products, pricing, doctrine or API contracts.

12

What does assisted beta mean?

Human or bounded operational assistance may still be part of delivery. SaSame does not claim complete automation where the verified runtime does not support that claim.

13

What exactly differs between Factory, Factory Pro and Factory Team?

Concurrent guided-build slots (1 / 3 / 10), managed monitoring slots and cadence (3 weekly / 15 daily / 50 every 6 hours), credentialed audit profiles (1 / 5 / 20), history retention (90 / 365 / 365 days), and — starting at Factory Pro — data export, then at Factory Team, Factory API access and multi-user organization roles. See Pricing for the full matrix.

14

Does a higher plan change what gets measured, or just how often?

Only how often, and how much capacity. A paid plan never changes what an inspection or reverification measures — every plan passes the same inspection criteria, and no plan buys a better observation result.

15

What does SaSame do with a credential I provide for an audit profile?

It is encrypted at rest immediately, used only by the inspection worker that needs it, and is never readable back afterward — only an opaque reference and non-secret metadata are retained.

A compatibility pass means a stated check passed at a stated time; it is not a universal safety rating.
