Verified summary

The public MCP server and tools are provided "as is", free during Early Access with no account required; a readiness audit or certificate is a measured fact, never a security audit or endorsement.

01

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the SaSame website, the public SaSame MCP server (live-vps.sasame.online/public-mcp), or any SaSame tool, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02

2. The service

SaSame SRL provides a public Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and a set of tools — including MCP readiness audits, signed readiness certificates, and a no-key research toolbelt. During Early Access these tools are provided free of charge, with no account required. Custom builds or ongoing monitoring, if requested, are scoped directly with a human operator; nothing is purchasable or charged through the public server itself.

03

3. "As is", no warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied:

  • A readiness audit or certificate reports measured facts only. It is not a security audit, a penetration test, an endorsement, or a claim that any server is "safe", "good", or fit for any purpose.
  • A readiness grade is SaSame's own heuristic, not a standard of the MCP project or any third party.
  • Results may be incomplete or out of date; a single measurement is a snapshot, not a guarantee.

You are responsible for your own decisions made using the service.

04

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or to any third-party system; or submit secrets, credentials, or other sensitive data through public tools. SaSame may rate-limit, suspend, or refuse access to protect the service.

05

5. Third-party servers and data

Some tools fetch and analyze publicly available information about third-party MCP servers supplied by the caller (for example, a server URL requested for audit). SaSame does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content or availability. Operators may request delisting of their listing by contacting consulting@srl-sasame.com.

06

6. Intellectual property

SaSame retains all rights in the service, its tools, and its standards and software. A signed certificate or report issued is provided for the recipient's own use and reference. SaSame trademarks and branding may not be used to imply endorsement.

07

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaSame SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

08

8. Changes

These terms or the service may be updated at any time. Material changes take effect when posted here. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

09

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
